蔬食烹饪课/ 花艺生活之道

薛淑茹老师，用心致力于将素食烹饪之美传递给大众。她烹饪素食多年，积淀了丰富的经验与独到的见解。她不仅将美味的素食佳肴带给了学员们，在推广素食的道路上，老师深信素食不仅是一种健康的生活选择，更是一种令人陶醉的美味享受。她倡导的不仅仅是餐桌上的美食，更是一种生活态度和对自然的尊重。通过她亲自示范，学员们不仅能够领略到素食的丰富口味，更能够深刻体会到素食背后所蕴含的文化与理念。作为一名慈济志工，她的付出不仅为学员们带来了美味，更传递了一份对生活的热爱和对社会的关怀。

此外，淑如老师对插花颇有心得，曾参与多种不同风格的花艺课程学习与实践，累积了丰富经验。她乐于将花艺之美分享给大家，带领学员感受插花的乐趣。



IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All course fees are inclusive of GST.
  • Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable except when the Centre cancels the class due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Courses held in the evening are only open to those aged 18 and above. Younger students who have not reached the minimum age will not be accepted unless accompanied by a parent.
  • The course fees do not cover the teaching materials and insurance for off-campus lessons (if any).
  • The Centre will send a course-related notice to students through WhatsApp or email before the commencement of classes. Please notify the Centre if you did not receive any message one week before the commencement date.
  • Please arrive at the classroom at least 10 minutes before the session.
  • Children, guest students or sit-in observers and recordings are NOT allowed in all classes for the purpose of maintaining lesson quality and as a show of respect for the teachers and other students.
  • If the lesson falls on a public holiday, it will be postponed to the following week. The Centre reserves the right to make any adjustments to the class schedules.
