INTRODUCTION
This Iyengar Yoga course offers a structured and thoughtful approach to developing strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness through precise alignment and mindful practice.Through guided postures, breathing awareness, and the intelligent use of props, students will learn to improve posture, enhance mobility, reduce physical tension, and cultivate greater balance in both body and mind.

Ms Alicia Zee
Alicia’s journey in Iyengar Yoga began in 2006. She spent two months in 2014 studying at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. Throughout the years, she has attended various yoga classes and workshops both locally and overseas to deepen her practice and understanding of Iyengar yoga and its philosophies. She obtained Iyengar Yoga Level 1 certification in 2024 in line with her plans to leave her full time work in the health industry. Aside from teaching yoga, she lectures part time.
She is a firm believer in the transformative effects of Iyengar Yoga as a way of holistic living, Alicia aspires to share the depth, intelligence, and healing potential of this practice, in particular in her personal management as a cancer survivor and living with scoliosis.

- All course fees are inclusive of GST.
- Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable except when the Centre cancels the class due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a deduction of bank charges and GST before processing. Please be aware of and understand this policy.
- The Centre will send a course-related notice to students through WhatsApp or email before the commencement of classes. Please notify the Centre if you do not receive any message one week before the commencement date.
- Please arrive at the classroom at least 10 minutes before the session.
- Children, guest students or sit-in observers and recordings are NOT allowed in all classes for the purpose of maintaining lesson quality and as a show of respect for the teachers and other students.
- If the lesson falls on a public holiday, it will be postponed to the following week. The Centre reserves the right to make any adjustments to the class schedules.
