Healthy Vegetarian Cooking

People in modern society are more conscious about eating healthy. Our cooking instructors will take you on a gastronomic journey to explore delicious vegetarian cuisines that are prepared with less oil, less salt, less sugar and less mock meat. Through demos and hands-on practice, students will master cooking techniques using healthy vegetarian ingredients, such as fresh vegetables, beans, grains, fruits, etc., and learn to create a variety of balanced and diverse dishes, including salads, main courses, soups, dessert, etc.

Teacher’s Profile

The course is taught by a team of experienced instructors, who are well-versed in culinary arts. Some of them have received professional certification.
