INTRODUCTION

Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or restless? Are you looking for a way to relax and release stress? If so, Zentangle is a great choice.

 

Zentangle is a unique way to guide you away from restlessness and chaotic thoughts, helping you focus on the present moment and create beautiful, unique patterns.

 

Zentangle is a simple and easy-to-learn art form. With just a pen, paper, and some basic patterns, you can start creating. In the course, you will learn various basic patterns and practice combining them to create unique designs. You will also learn the theory of shading, a technique that can make your patterns more vivid and interesting.

Ms Teoh Ai Peng

Zentangle
Ms Teoh Ai Ping is a certified Zentangle art teacher who is passionate about Zentangle and dedicated to spreading the joy and healing power of Zentangle to more people.   With extensive teaching experience, Ms Teoh covers various forms of courses, including online instruction for both beginners and intermediate levels, as well as in-person gratitude workshops. She not only incorporates Zentangle art therapy into places like rehabilitation centers, senior day care centers, and home care counseling sessions, but she also offers Zentangle classes specifically designed for patients with dementia and Parkinson's disease.   She aims to use Zentangle to help individuals relax, release stress, and cultivate focus, patience, and mindfulness.  


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All course fees are inclusive of GST.
  • Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable except when the Centre cancels the class due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Courses held in the evening are only open to those aged 18 and above. Younger students who have not reached the minimum age will not be accepted unless accompanied by a parent.
  • The course fees do not cover the teaching materials and insurance for off-campus lessons (if any).
  • The Centre will send a course-related notice to students through WhatsApp or email before the commencement of classes. Please notify the Centre if you did not receive any message one week before the commencement date.
  • Please arrive at the classroom at least 10 minutes before the session.
  • Children, guest students or sit-in observers and recordings are NOT allowed in all classes for the purpose of maintaining lesson quality and as a show of respect for the teachers and other students.
  • If the lesson falls on a public holiday, it will be postponed to the following week. The Centre reserves the right to make any adjustments to the class schedules.
