INTRODUCTION
The ideology and significance of Jing Si Tea Art differ from those of traditional tea art and tea making that we see on the streets. Jing Si Tea Art combines tea making skills and Chinese culture with the humanistic culture of Tzu Chi and Master Cheng Yen’s teachings, gradually guiding students to an understanding of tea art at a spiritual state imbued with beauty and goodness.
The course covers the production process of tea, classification of tea leaves, functions of tea ware, different brewing methods, etiquette of serving and drinking tea, tea appreciation, etc.
We welcome you to connect with the Dharma through Jing Si Tea Art and widen your social network through the class.
