INTRODUCTION

The Sound Healing course primarily explores the impact of sound on physical and mental health. The course will guide you through the fundamentals of energy healing, the synchronization of sound vibrations with the body, and the practice of deep relaxation. Through a series of sound baths, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions, you will discover the healing potential of sound.

 

 

Hands-On Practice:

Students should bring yoga mats or towels, wear comfortable T-Shirt and long pants

 

Interactive Session:

This one-and-a-half-hour course is suitable for adults interested in understanding sound healing and its application in daily life. Get ready to relax, learn, and transform through the power of sound!

Ms Elsie

Ms Elsie holds diplomas in naturopathy therapy, certifications in diet and nutrition, Ayurvedic fundamentals, and sound healing therapy. With over 8 years of experience as a yoga instructor and more than 7 years as a therapist, Essential oil specialist, and sound healing coach, she is dedicated to promoting natural therapy, essential oil therapy, sound bowls, and the healing power of sound.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a deduction of bank charges and GST before processing. Please be aware of and understand this policy.
  • The Centre will send a course-related notice to students through WhatsApp or email before the commencement of classes. Please notify the Centre if you do not receive any message one week before the commencement date.
  • Please arrive at the classroom at least 10 minutes before the session.
  • Children, guest students or sit-in observers and recordings are NOT allowed in all classes for the purpose of maintaining lesson quality and as a show of respect for the teachers and other students.
  • If the lesson falls on a public holiday, it will be postponed to the following week. The Centre reserves the right to make any adjustments to the class schedules.
